Each year we measure our performance as a care provider, Complete Care West Yorkshire conduct a service user satisfaction survey.

Every month we collect all our compliments and positive comments and add them to our positivity tree in the training room, we then send the comments around the team so that they feel appreciated for their fantastic work.
To all the staff who helped nurse D, Thank you so much for all your care, your proffessionalism, your respect for dignity and your good humour. (Thank you also for the hugs C). I was really touched that so many of you attended D's funeral. He would have been so pleased. I hope you came away with the knowledge that D was a great man: a man with honour and love. He was everything to me and I miss him terribly. But as he would say "That's life - deal with it. Thank you once again, not only for your all your efforts on D's behalf, but also supporting me - especially when I was kranky through lack of sleep. You are a great team - the A-team (as D would say) and I am so grateful to you.
