The company is privately owned and managed by myself, Sara Booth. I have over 27 yrs of experience in the both the private and public sector.

I have studied throughout my career and have built up a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills within the social care and management sectors. I have achieved:

Level 4 Registered Managers Award

HE Certificate in The Management of Health and Social Care Organisations

PTLLS qualification enabling her to train and develop staff both internally and externally. 

Post Graduate In HR Learning and Development 

Achieved level 7 Master’s Degree qualification in Human Resource Management & Development. 

I am passionate about social care, actively pursuing learning and development opportunities to improve the quality of care and service for those within the community. My focus has not changed since i began my career in care.

I have worked in the social care sector for numerous years and i am dedicated to making a difference. My role within Complete Care is to provide our customers with up to date financial information. I work alongside Sara running the business and looking at opportunities to improve and develop our service.

I am the lead person and solely responsible for the company's Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) data that we provide to both local authorities, Wakefield and Kirklees. I also audit the systems we have in place to ensure our customers receive the right level of care.
I hold qualifications in;

Level 3 IT

NVQ 3 Business and Administration

NVQ level 3 in Leadership and Management

PTLLS qualification

Wayne works in partnership with others to identify innovative ideas to improve or develop the service we offer to our customers

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as Care Coordinator, this was a more senior role to the one I had come from as Communication Officer. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills which as a Coordinator for the Kirklees and Wakefield area, this enabled me to do so.

I am committed to delivering a quality, person centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my team have high standards of quality care by supporting them out in the community. I work hard to ensure staff and customers needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.

I understand the importance of continuous learning and development, I share the same values as the company and as a result am currently working towards my level 5 in Health and Social Care.

I am very passionate about working at Complete Care, not only am I making a difference but the whole team I work with are fantastic. Everyone from management to care workers all pull together, working to make a positive difference to the lives of others.

I joined complete care in 2019 as a care worker as I wanted a job where I could make a difference in people’s lives. I had never worked in community care before and this was a very new challenge for me, but I received excellent training and support from all at Complete Care.

I thoroughly enjoyed my role as community care worker where I could make a difference, giving people independence and dignity in their own homes.

I enjoy listening to them and always feel I should treat people as I would my own family.

I went on to become a buddy, where I enjoyed the increased responsibility it brought with it.

After this I progressed on to becoming a team leader with my own team. I always try to put the needs of both the service users and my colleagues first. I enjoy speaking with them and would like to feel I am approachable and open.

Tracy came to work for Complete Care West Yorkshire in early 2018. Tracy is very popular amongst the team and is very hardworking, whenever there are challenges to face we can always rely on Tracy to help. It wasn’t long into her career with us before it was obvious that Tracy could help new starters settle in to the company and she progressed to being a buddy, but since then she developed her skills further and has become a vital community/office based team leader. Tracy has now progressed to working as our senior team leader, and she is just one of our many outstanding team members.

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as i could ensure that the people I supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.

After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and Thornhill. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

Emily made an immediate impact and showed excellent leadership skills. It was evident that Emily had the credentials to help lead a team, and since becoming a Team Leader in the Wakefield area, she has done just that. Emily is the latest addition to our senior team and we are thrilled to have her on board.
