Frequent Career Questions
'Do I need to drive to work in home care?' 
Yes, It is essential that we recruit car drivers in home care. As the position involves driving around the community to different homes in the area. Public transport or going out on foot is not adequate.
Although there are times when we occassionaly employ non-car drivers for double up runs, the majority of the rounds requires drivers with a car and adeqaute insurance.
'Will I have training before providing care?'
Yes. Full induction and moving and handling training will provided, as well as e-learning and much more. We will make sure you are fully trained and ready deliver care after you have completed all mandatory training requirements and have shadowed with an experienced member of the team
'What do you look for when employing care workers?'
Complete Care employ only those that show a genuine interest and enthusiasm for helping others. It is important that anyone joining our team shares the same values and has a positive, empathetic and caring approach. We choose people with a range of skills and abilities to ensure we have the right mix of people to support individuals in the community.

'Do I need experience to work in care?'
No, although some experience could be an advantage.
But as all training is provided, what matters most is that we employ caring individuals who want to make a positive difference to the lives of those receiving care.
