15/05/20 Mark Witty from ITV Yorkshire Calendar arrived with cameraman Phil Iveson to conduct an interview with Sara Booth (registered manager) and Laura & Olivia (Careworkers)

The purpose of the report was to highlight the difficulties that some companies had faced during the pandemic. Thankfully (although at times it has been a struggle) Complete Care with the help of some of our close providers and local authority have worked as a team to battle through the coronavirus pandemic and we have been able to provide care safely.

Not all companies have been able to manage during the pandemic but Complete Care are seen here coming out with flying colours and were proud to show the amazing work that our team do.

The news report courtesy of ITV Yorkshire Calendar was aired on the 18/05/20 edition. In the clip Complete Care are shown providing care to Andrea who is one our fantastic customers. Laura and Olivia are attending the visit and along with an outside office segment with Sara Booth (registered manager) all of them provide a short interview about the importance of care in our sector.

We would also like to thank our special guest star Andrea for allowing Calendar to visit her and interview her.

The whole event was a success and done at a strict 2 metre distance.
